What actually was happening:
Sorry i have problems with my windows media wallpapers and the photos cut automatic.

I are working with a plane when i had a crash, the admin ban me for divebombing,

Please show me the photos/ videos of my divebombing, I don't know why these reason

That was the first time, you had no intention to hit him at that time. The next time was on the way out of Vice City Island. Video below.

The divebomb which was intentional happened at around 2:15, the time you ran out of fuel happened at about 1:00.

Look i have fuel empty, when i stopped in the gas station i didn't get fuel.

So if this divebomb wasn't intentional, why were you locating him? Considering you were being very annoying throughout that night, I think you had a lot of intention to annoy Andro and some others.
