This guy was idle for a few min. and he camping the thief hideout (first pic). Then he block me (second) and for sorry - hit me (third).

third picture, shows nothing behind the reasn his car is there

its really difficult to do something to someone with only pictures

Another admin can decide if something needs to be done because I see nothing wrong because I dont know the resons behind the last picture

Insufficient proof and idling is rarely ever punished by badge revoke anyway.
