the contracted loan was andy will give 150k to killer, and killer will give him 175k back in 4 days, which is a legal obligation since killer said yes. now Killer has 4 days to pay back andy or face punishment, joking or not, its an agreed loan

well I misunderstood what he said.. and it becomes scamming when or if he does not get paid back.. if killer pays it back, there is no scamming here
