1 second video started just after ram showing me going back (from the ram) shows player and i wasnt the only one to see him ram many others where complaning about him ramming (llama_cookie was also witness)
I can vouche for this, I was heading to Angel Pine/Whetstone and he hit me headon
I dont find this enough proof to punish for.
