What actually was happening:
I connect to server firs time and I get ban,its not very funny :(

your name is Junior. I dont believe this is the person who is banned.
besides that if you look at your own picture:
Ban Date 10-25-13
ban expires in 24 day, which would be 14/15th of November 2013.
At this moment I cant get any information on you since the website still seems to be down, so I cant say that your appeal is rejected, nor youre unbanned.
