Guys i dont know. Why there is no admin online in game ? My club (Diesel) Need ea new base and one base added to map today. But no one available for sale this base ? We want this base and we have a money. When this base will be available we can't wait. Sorry for poor english. Waiting you guys.
its possibly being removed so dont get your hopes up yet...
however it might go on sale anytime soon so keep your eyes open ;D

its being discussed and please dont send me a PM about how your club needs a base and all the other ones are used blah blah blah... if this base does get added it will not be saved specifically for your club.. first come, first served
