Harrasment / disrespecting Ethan/ staff members. Posting an editted personal picture of Ethan without permission, with offensive comments> harrasment/ disrespects

Not really a ban but I can't post so basically you pretend that I have been harassing staff members + posting a picture of Ethan which I have already been banned for.

Please further explain me how your punishment guidelines look like because 30 days mute for this kind of bullshit is just ridiculous.

Also it's only my opinion but I think the admin who did this did not talk about it with the entire staff team thus he acted on his own which is kinda abusive for such a big punishment. Tell me of I'm wrong as I said it's only what I think.
