I just was going to SF to complete my mission and to buy a house, and that ban appeared, but as I am a newbie it hadn't happened to me and I want to play again. I hope you will help me and I show you a Screenshot.

Also, dont make appeals for someone else AND DONT USE CAPS LOCK IT IS REALLY ANNOYING.
