Title: Streamfixes! All shape and sizes
Post by: Dr_dog on November 17, 2013, 22:33
I made couple of different size cleo streamfixes. while upgrading my own from 2.0GB to 3.0GB, I made couple smaller ones yet larger than 512MB for those who dont need 3GB but 512MB is not enough.
Straight to the point

512MB / 0.5GB Here (http://downtimeexpected.no-ip.biz/files/cleo_mods/memory512mb.rar)
1024MB / 1.0GB Here (http://downtimeexpected.no-ip.biz/files/cleo_mods/memory1024mb.rar)
1530MB / 1.5GB Here (http://downtimeexpected.no-ip.biz/files/cleo_mods/memory1530mb.rar)
2048MB / 2.0GB Here (http://downtimeexpected.no-ip.biz/files/cleo_mods/memory1920mb.rar)
2944MB / 3.0GB Here (http://downtimeexpected.no-ip.biz/files/cleo_mods/memory2944mb.rar) - upon further testing it going over 2048MB the game becomes unstable and reverts to instable 1270MB

Download Cleo3 Here (http://downtimeexpected.no-ip.biz/files/cleo_mods/CLEO.rar)

if you want even larger one. PM me and ill make you one
Yes i copy pasted it off TM forum, just because im lazy

BTW Dont choke your system by having too large one.
If you got 4GB of total system memory (RAM) Dont get 3GB streamfix or you'll lock your system up by letting GTA Take all it can get

if you got 512MB streamfix now.. Delete it and use the 2GB or what ever you choose Just dont have 2 streamfixes on the CLEO folder same time or it may cause wierd shit to happen. It dosent multiply if you install 512MB and 2048MB =/= 2560MB

Btw, I've installed that one which you sent, 2GB, but after some minutes playing, my game get a lot of OPcodes and crash. Do you know why it happens?
The OPcodes which the chatlig register:
[18:52:52] Warning(s007): Exception 0xC0000005 at 0x544BBE
[18:52:52] Warning(s007): Exception 0xC0000005 at 0x544BBE

I think we hit the max of objects in the streaming distance?
Thing is i dont know is this caused by SAMP or GTA SA engine
0xC0000005 is an uninvalid model, problem can be building texture, car texture or even car component.
You were at some island or where? Could it be polygons overwhelming the streaming engine now as we gave it more space to work with?

1. Well, I saw it happening at LS, nearby Temple to be exact. And at North of LV (yes, there where have a lot of bases)
2. Happened when I was at LS, and at North of LV, and at VCI if I'm not wrong.
3. Maybe yes, because of heavy Mods, I saw some messages like "Object XX wouldn't load in time" before got crash, and the textures start to disappear before the crash, like there's no StreamFix.

Probably 1.5GB, or 2GB depending what windows you run, if 7, 2GB might be too much

Does anyone have a link for either 1GB or 1.5GB versions? All the links provided are dead, and i wasn't able to find anything on the internet.

Do you still need streamfixes? i thought SA:MP now uses RAM.

Not sure about that, i removed the one i installed forever ago in the meantime and that appears to have solved my problem. So it's likely that you're right.
