Try to donate via website.
+1 to the suggestion.
if you want to donate to a club, lets say photomania, you would simply do /myclubs photo and it should come up with the photomania information.

they are on the website and in game..... but if you belong to 493754 clubs, its not going to be as nicely layed out...
