Upload your pictures to imgur.com (http://imgur.com) and then paste the link into the topic that you want the picture then surround it with the tags that this image:(http://www.forum.convoytrucking.net/Themes/csmanual205/images/bbc/img.gif) gives when you click it. Like this:
[.img]LINK[./img] (Without the periods)
