Ever since i got promoted to Jr. mod i had one goal, and that was to let the players play and the ''cannot ignore offenses'' punished. I do not warn quickly, but when you spoiled fun for others, you spoiled my respect for you.
I dont know if i have succeeded that goal in the 16 months i am staff now. All i can say is that i love players that dont do stupid, but even when they do, i still give them chances.
the motivation what keeps me going is the ''thank you'' from players when i helped them. I helped alot of players, and did nice things for CT. I hope you guys its a though time at the moment now, but we will go on and we will help you where possible.

For me you are best admin and you do a lot of good things for this server ,U help players everything when they need help and you are a good coordonator and u know what to do in difficult situations all the time ,Im not saying that because I want to be mod or another thing like that but u really work for this server and u helped me a lot since when I was new until i get my ban and i hate to say Sorry because i do a bad thing when i got ban ..

True, also i had some issues with a certain member( not you twido xD ) so i stayed in the shadows more. Plus i worked alot alot on house evictions list with ethan and on the map that got added a few days ago. So now im chilling

Patient, able to undersand player, i don't remeber what happended some time ago but i was nervous and i badly answered to him, it was not properly an insult but was a disrespecting phrase, he gave to me the possibility to chenge my phrase, i didn't insist disrespecting and let it go, something like 1 day later i asked sorry to him...... UNFORTUNATLY HE WAS RIGHT.
All this annoying words to say that he understand players and he has the calm and the patience to make them understood they were wrong without punishing them.
