hey, i did follow a tutorial on you tube and i did the exact same things as him... but when i try to compile it starts the game... please reply ASAP

is the server files in GTA directory by any possibility? So pawn compilier starts GTA instead of compiling the script?

maybe ask for help from samp forums. Its full expert scripters etc that probably knows more of common issues

If You can't handle alone download includes on sa-mp forums and download ready scripts to put them in Your map. trust me, if You learn pawno You have to learn it by Your own.
