My suggestion is to have a /bridge command that simply tells you if the moving bridge (the main, big one) is up or down.

-1 just do /ferry
If it says 110 minutes left to LS it is going up.
If it says 40-50 minutes left to Wet County is is also going up.

Its like in real live, bridge goes open when its needed:P so whether you have that command or not, the bridge still needs to go open:)
