The best GTA SA graphics settings are:
Draw Distance - max
Frame Limiter - OFF
Widescreen - OFF/ON
Visual FX quality - LOW
Anti Aliasing - 3
Resolution - Depends on your screen (32bit)

i have FX quality on very high, it shows shadows at least.
and fps limiter on, only because i cant stand having fluctuating fps.

Visual FX quality-Should be on low because it shows many not needed shadows.

But shadows make the game look more realistic, like it shows that the truck has a third dimension.

I have my graphics on very high , i would of fort it being on low , it would be worse graphics?
