There is about 45..
I have for the 5th time ERASED everything and giving it one last go.

Post the while error message. Im mainly concerned on the first part of the error message (e.g. SAMP 0.3d

You might have a mod causing your game to crash or you might have to defrag your computer.

reinstall samp/game :D this solve all problems

It wasnt a mod. Trust me im a pro modder. My GTA Rockstar had bug and i had to remove everything off of my harddrive to clean it and re install all is well now.
