OK guys maybe someone of you knows this but i'm gonna open a topic anyway .
When you are racing with boats and u have constant high fps (70-100) u are extremely slow driving the boat , u see that some other guys with "shitty PCs" overtake u easely ... WHY ?
'Cause those guys have lower fps (20-30). So all u gotta do is ESC > OPTIONS > ADVANCED> FPS LIMITER ON . Then turn back in game and /fpslimit (20-25) . Then u will see that u will go extremely fast on boat.
Same thing about swimming , if u have constant 100 fps u swim like a grandma , u must change your fps to 20 !
Uhm .... same thing is about flying too ..... 20 fps guys are better then 100 fpsw guys so ud better change the fps again .
REMEMBER u have to TURN FPS LIMITER ON because /fpslimit doesnt work without it .

nah driving faster on land requires highest fps (100)
