It works for co-leaders too.
And its 50$/ msg for who sends
It's in the club menu, it says "Message members". You pay from the club funds $50 for each member who receives the message.
All club leaders can use it.

okay, ive found it, but.. can u make this on website too ? will be necessary like normal messages :)
