PNG over JPG any day. I lost 40% credit in my photoshop class because I refused to save in JPG format.

In the future, I expect this to happen more;

Guess what too, because of RMD on Linux (dist Ubuntu 11.10 AMD64) that 12 second clip you just watched was only 87.2kB to upload. Woohoo! Now try doing that with FRAPS.

Fraps records in loseless avi, for some guys its mega important :)
but to make video much smaller without losing visible quality, just use format factory, and convert into HQ Avi :)

For me, of course it would be huge to record, since I record in full quality 60fps 1920x1080 and it takes a pretty beast ass SDD and 24 gigs of ram to keep up. But josh you recorded I assume maybe 300x240 with probably 28 fps lesser quality. and after encoding it, of course it would be smaller to upload, I sometimes have 4 gigs of raw capture, then when rendering it, it might be 200mb so yeah. Good job josheheheheh

Dan, I record full quality 60fps 1920x1200 with a 7200rpm HDD and 4 gigs of ram, I don't lag at all, it keeps up just fine..
