Anyone having problems installing SAMP Mobile? (Orange Logo) When I'm trying to install it, it prompts me to install Vibe City then when I cancel it, it cancels installing SAMP as well. Hope someone can help. TIA

if you refering to BLACKCORE GAMES (russian version) i no longer use it but heard from other players that the app simply went down doesnt function anymore don't know any other versions tbh.

The app you are talking about closed and doesnt work anymore. Because the developers of it were sold to develop "Vibe City" game.
It's a shit way to advertise another game by using this not working app. This SAMP app is should be removed from the markets lol.
But anyways, I found another SAMP app.  Called "Alyn SAMP Mobile"
It actually is still developing and getting often updates. I played a little via this app and it was fine for me.
There is a discord server where you can see the progress of developing, discuss about bugs,improvements and etc, etc.
Also you can download it on android's google play. Not sure if it's available on iOS tho.
So I hope this will help mobile users.

I've gave a small test to it and i can't refuel the vehicles system ask me to press SPC(Space) but all it does is looking rear like if you pressed Q and E ingame dunno if it happens with anyone else
