Player name: Ban ID: Time and date of ban: 25 dec / 2025
Reason of ban: I think jumping on a bike
Ban was unfair? no
I was banned by: Smokey (anti-cheat)
What actually was happening:so in last ban appeal you said it was a cleo file i made a video with 0 cleo files and the mods you would see are just visual mods or fps / screen hz / smoothness mods which doesnt effect the gameplay ive 1k fps as shown in the video and thats why im able to jump so high.

no
weren't you told to do that with a clean/default game with no mods at all? because nobody is able to do it without mods, and to be clear, this has nothing to do with higher fps, fps only gives you smoother gameplay.
Theres one bug with bmx that works when you jump once and keep holding ctrl and release it when you hit ground, it launches you high in air but we clearly see you are not even doing that. It could be possible that "some" players cant do it, but nobody except you can do this and you claim its not a mod? so explain it?
Theres no such mod to that makes you able to jump high , the one he has shown last appeal is a cleo and as you saw i had 0 cleos we can go over file by file if you understand abit about samp and youll see that all of them are performence / fps / monitor related shit files , also im not playing samp in a 60fps gta with 0 mods that lags the shit out and doesnt go with my monitor frame rate, another thing im a 2010 player i quit for last 8 years just came back for nostalgia and to chill to find myself banned ill ask you another question in return and if you answer it you can keep me banned because im tired of proving myself to people who doesnt understand athing about the game:
If i was meant to cheat why would i cheat to jump high on a bmx in a trucking server and another questiom what advantage did it give me like its a truxking server hahaha you guys are just wierd .
Ive seen players using parkour mod as well, why did they use it on trucking server?
Such mods are illegal to use here, like enterable buildings etc.
But my question still remains, you didn't try that with a default game? Your game still has tons of mods, if you are playing since 2010 you should know what a default game means.
Theres not even ONE single player who can jump this much high without mods while you are the only one saying it's possible. We'll discuss about it with other admins.
As i said i never cheated in any game and never will im here to bring back some childhood memories nothing else, if it helps my brother is metalix in real life we started playing this server back in 2010/11 if you think me coming back after these years to cheat is just stupid but if you see it giving advantage which i dont know how, i wont do it again, i just want to drive a truck i will stop using bikes. Thanks
Hello.
3D Universe era GTA games were not designed to run at high FPS. Playing at a higher FPS than originally intended (25/30fps) causes significant differences in gameplay physics, such as vehicles deaccelerating very quickly after releasing the throttle key, and some single-player missions becoming impossible. This is a known fact (see "60 FPS" entry in table) (https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Grand_Theft_Auto:_San_Andreas#Video).
This is because GTA SA is an old game, built using legacy tech (DirectX9 / DirectSound), for a time where monitors were square, low resolution, and with refresh rates below 90Hz.
Today, we have widescreen monitors with very high resolution and very high refresh rates, with very powerful GPUs, using modern Windows that does its best to be backwards compatible with legacy apps like GTA SA.
But actually trying to play GTA SA / SAMP in 2026 on Windows 11 without any Quality of Life mods is quite painful - Alt+Tab doesn't work / crashes, the game HUD is stretched, and it likes to crash randomly - which is frustrating when playing on a mission-based server like CT where a game crash results in a loss and interruption to your flow.
This means that players like Zaca and myself who want to play GTA SA in 2026 without getting too annoyed will seek out Quality of Life mods to fix these issues when playing on modern systems.
This includes:
- SilentPatch (https://cookieplmonster.github.io/mods/gta-sa/#silentpatch) - fixes some PC-specific bugs in the GTA engine, including some frame-timing issues
- Framerate Vigilante (https://www.moddb.com/downloads/iiivcsa-framerate-vigilante) - fixes some issues when running at high FPS
- RefreshRateFix (https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/2736-refreshratefix-by-darkp1xel/) - sets frame limiter to display's refresh rate
- Others QoL mods exist, but they're irrelevant, including WidescreenFix (fixes stretched HUD) and GInput (allows modern XInput/Xbox-compatible game controllers to work, as they don't support legacy DirectInput)
SAMP includes its own frame limiter, capped at 90FPS and configured using /fpslimit. In Zaca's video, they have a mod "UncapFPS_UGBASEEU.asi" which I suspect removes this frame limiter. I couldn't find that exact mod, so I've installed an equivalent, PreciseFramerateLimiter (https://github.com/ZantetsukenGT/gtasa-precise-fps-limiter/releases/), and configured it to unlimited (0) FPS.
GTA SA has a longstanding glitch, the "bunny hop glitch" (https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Glitches_in_GTA_San_Andreas#Bunny_Hop_Glitch), where you can bunny hop higher than normal by pressing the Fire (LeftMouse) key just after releasing the bunny-hop key (LCtrl). It is timing-sensitive, so it can be difficult to achieve at low FPS.
What Zaca has done in their video, which wasn't mentioned explicitly, is they've bound the key for bunny hopping to MouseScrollDown. This is an easy way of spamming the key, but I think it could also work using macros.
When you combine these things together:
- Removal of the SAMP frame limiter = very high FPS
- Use of scroll wheel to bunny hop = rapid spamming of the key = much easier to perform the bunny hop glitch / makes it much more likely to occur
- Mods that decouple the game engine's physics from the screen refresh rate (instead of hardcoding/assuming for 25-30FPS) = unexpected changes to physics (which is why the bike wobbles when stationary)
Then, you get this reproduction video (demonstrated at >500 fps where you jump extremely high, and 90 fps which isn't as extreme but is still higher than normal):
I hope this provides context for how a player could find themselves abusing this glitch without explicitly intending to cheat.
Whether or not Zaca actually gained an advantage over other players isn't for me to decide, but I doubt you could make much $$$ with this glitch given that it's limited to bicycles. Unlike speedhackers (https://forum.convoytrucking.net/index.php/topic,60459.msg345678.html#msg345678) that (https://forum.convoytrucking.net/index.php/topic,59334.msg342522.html#msg342522) were (https://forum.convoytrucking.net/index.php/topic,61151.msg347189.html#msg347189) given (https://forum.convoytrucking.net/index.php/topic,59334.msg342522.html#msg342522) a second chance...
I understand that playing a game from 2005 without modifications can feel boring. Even I use some mods and plugins like SilentPatch, ASI Loader, graphics mods, road textures, etc.
However, the main issue is that most players on CT have low-end PCs. Even players with good PCs usually lock their FPS to 60 or 90 because higher FPS can cause game bugs. Also, I have never seen anyone perform such high jumps on CT before. Allowing Zaca to do this would be unfair to other players.
Imagine that 99% of players cannot do this jump and only Zaca can then obviously that's unfair to everyone else. I also remember that abusing bugs (whether CT script bugs or game bugs) is punishable because it directly or indirectly gives an unfair advantage over other players.
I also remember Loup mentioning that the enterable building mod is not allowed. Even though it doesn't give much advantage, it's still not allowed.
Zaca, we are giving you a second chance, but with some conditions. While playing on CT, just disable the shortcut that allows you to jump this high, or lock your FPS to 90. Abusing game bugs or using mods that gives an unfair advantage is punishable. If you're unsure about what is allowed and what is not, you're free to contact any of our staff.
Unbanned.
