I have disabled all my mods and still get crashing here. I heard that Jonas is also crashing here. Anyone have any ideas? I have recently been inside the club base while all the cars are spawned with no issues so I don't think it is something there?

Maybe those cars behave differently at a distance when they are spawned before a building is and fall. I think they should be unspawned all or in portions to see if the problem persists and find the offending car.
Too much models for gta. I have this same, but i reinstall whole game and problem disappeared. Its a lottery.
same incident as me crossing that bridge on mobile
Do you have SAMP Addon installed?
It helped me alot never crashed since.
It was fine until recently when likely some more vehicles were added. I was driving there with Viggo a couple weeks ago when he timed out and I did not. I passed there many times as a shortcut to Milestine County. I suspect that there could be something spawned in the sky or underground like how interiors sometimes cause lag in Bluberry. Or vehicles may have odd transfender parts that usually don't fit them. We will see how it is when server is restored. I expect a response from the administration of the Lil Probe Inn club.
Yesterday I crashed while standing south of the railroad track and looked up and north to fine a player. This location is often travelled for various purposes.
How is it a "lottery" when the game is always in the same state after reinstallation? I tested with my vehicle and ground mods mods removed.
My game has actually been crashing in that area for quite a long time, to the point that I stopped using that route altogether. I've tested it multiple times — both with all my mods enabled and with a completely clean setup (no mods at all) — and the crash still happens regardless. Interestingly, about a week ago everything seemed fine again, and I could pass through without any problems. But now, the crashing has started happening once more.
Honestly, I always thought it was just my mods causing the issue — like my game had a personal vendetta against that spot . I even went as far as disabling everything and trying on another PC with zero mods, but guess what? Still crashed right there. Seeing others mention the same problem actually makes me feel a bit better — looks like I'm not alone in this struggle anymore
I have Addon ye. Btw I noticed that my memory usage there is 822mb/1024mb just before the vehicles load. I don't know if LODs will make that 200mb difference but it does seem like the cars loading in is what causes it. When I come from another direction like Area 69 or the Refinery I get lag spikes but the game doesn't crash.
And ye, it has been crashing there for me for months as well xd
I got crash here too, but after install samp addon problem is gone.
Same situation xd
They should unspawn groups of vehicles starting with the most oddly parked ones on the roof, such as the Utility Trailer, and last ones that were bought, which they know. This is easy to do from Club Vehicles if you are staff. I asked to the 2 leaders of the club. BG_Mr.NuGGet said to me to ask to Martin80Nik, and Martin80Nik replied to me in plural ("we") although there is no we because BG_Mr.NuGGet doesn't want to get involved. After I went there to move the vehicles by myself with more effort, they came to base and restored everything back.
Only happens on ct, haven't been able to get it to happen on any other servers
Of course. It was fine before Martin80Nik logged in and his vehicles spawned. Depending on the direction of approach you have buildings, truck and trailer spawn in different order as you know when vehicles fall down. With certain mods truck and trailer can crash, which is why I suspected the Utility Trailer.
same happens to me
Got this opcode in fort carson:
Warning(opcode 0x38B): Exception 0xC0000005 at 0x4C8F24
My game was frozen and cant do anything.
Logged out from Windows and log in again.
Its working.. better than restart the PC.
Kill gtasa.exe from task manager isnt working when this happened.
I have a SOLUTION.
Come to brasil and install Open Limit Adjuster (https://www.mixmods.com.br/2022/10/open-limit-adjuster/).
Configure the number of vehicles to a sufficiently large number in the limit_adjuster_gta3vcsa.ini. For example, 384. The default value of 110 seems to be slightly worse than vanilla, causing a crash near the fuel station already. This DLL mod may already be present in a modpack, and then the value needs to be adjusted there.
[SALIMITS]
Vehicles = 384
When pressing F5, a debug OSD will come up showing the current number of vehicles and the limit.

To install a DLL mod, you also need Silent's ASI Loader (https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=21709) which most people likely already have together with Silent's Patch and Modloader.
Can't figure out how to install that mod. Game crashes instantly when I follow the translated instructions in readme(extract entire folder into modloader folder). Also when I take only one of the folders (SAMP standalone) it still crashes. How do you install it?
You need an ASI loader first (vorbisFile.dll, vorbisHooked.dll, probably already have if modloader is present), which then is able to load additional ASI (program code) mods. These two files from the "XP" version need to be dropped into the same folder as gta_sa.exe:
limit_adjuster_gta3vcsa.asi
limit_adjuster_gta3vcsa.ini
Then open the ini file and change the value for vehicles to 384 or some such from the default of 110. I left the last #commented lines as is because they are not needed for this problem. Press F5 in the game a few times to verify that it shows the text as on my screenshot (behind the regular SAMP text).
The "new version" has presets with various higher settings (vehicles set to 1024). I have not tried those. You would choose only one of the INI files and place in the root folder. There is a readme file in English.
The problem has been solved — you can freely play without any addons.

what u did for fixed this problem?
Still freezes at 140 vehicles without Limit Adjuster (https://forum.convoytrucking.net/index.php?msg=347149). Removal of the Stuntplane from that base doesn't completely eliminate the problem.

i've looked at it several times, but it still doesn't make a difference. I have to turn around to Refinery to avoid the crash :dislike:
Is there a solution for mobile users?

I followed this approach, and it resolved the issue , I'm no longer experiencing the problem.
You might want to try this solution as well, @Viggo.
