What actually was happening:
Honestly I Cant remember I remember being banned i used to play on this server, and i think i got banned ages ago, but can't remember why. I tried to log back in but it says account deactivated so I think I am banned either that or someone stole my account. I'd like to come back and play again if that's possible thanks

If yes then no use of enabling account because it has 0 score u can create new account, But if this isn't your account then let us know.

Well creating a new account and enabling this one is same, only difference is u need to wait for this acocunt to be enabled and if u create new one u can make it instantly right now.I prefer making a new account better.
