Player reported: Rule broken: intentional ramming / blocking

Proof:Player was fined, had a feeling he was going to Ram, so stayed where I was. Player then kept ramming my truck and managed to record some of it, but with the clip replay (captured the first few bits) and then recording, the recording is broken. Managed to captured some VDM from it.
