Again insulting, continous harrassing and spamming messages, threats and once again non-english. He saw I reported him and this was the result.

Thats probably his reaction after watching the report and getting verbal warn. Leave each other alone for a while, don't have to msg or reply each other. But if he still continue after a few days and he decided to keep this personal, you can re-report him again.
