my account got locked after a few years of inactivity

U can actually continue replying on ur previous post where loup replied to u already no need to create new one but anyways its fine and coming to ur account activation i.e. EVO wait for an admin to reply.
And one more thing if ur account cant be enabled due to some reasons like 180+ days ban or similar to it like ur previous account i.e. OFW then u can reply to this post for new account activation no need to create another new post for it to avoid spam.
