There are current plans for Paycheck system which will be tested.

Percentage - The first and current that is being tested is the idea of getting percentage (
50%) of total club bonus per work
Example: You got a bonus in
2 works (5000 and 4000) we'll add this and then multiply it to .50 as it is the current percent being used.
9000 * .50 = 4,500 (is the paycheck you'll get)
Advantage: It'll give bigger paycheck to club members
Disadvantage: The disadvantage is for the one who'll compute it manually since the club is getting bigger and a lot of members are working with their club shared vehicles.
2.
Equivalent - The second one is an equivalent per work.
Example: - if the equivalent of
1 work is = $2000 and you've finished 5 it'll be
2000 * 5 = $10000 (is your paycheck)
Advantage: - It'll be easier for the person who'll compute because he'll only count the number of jobs with shared club vehicle you've done then multiply it to the given value per work.
Disadvantage: - You'll get lesser paycheck but this still depends on the value per work that'll be used.
