Free bailout is not really needed, it changes the definition of bailout.

BTW, you get /breakout command after you reach 500 car stealing (although it sometimes fails but still its good enough).

*Correction, house robbery gives you ability to break into anyone's house.
Vehicle stealing gives you ability to /breakout. :)

I also don't see any point in this ach, easily can be farmed as well, not paying fines and keep going while cop keep pressing 2 and making more and more stars then stop and let yourself be jailed and watch tv for a while or something lol.

But this would make cop achievement a bit easy as players would love to get jailed due to this ach (without free /bailout just the cash 500k), a bit support to cop achievement :).
