SERVER INTRODUCTION when a new player will join will be great. (for more popularity and players).
We all know SA-MP servers, (RP server most) have some pictures and tutorials about what they (players) can reach, how to play or how to work!
When 'rookies' comes they have no idea what convoy or what happened here. So we have less chance to get Respect trucker from Rookie. This intro. Tutorial. Pictures with nice text will be a great way.
I don't know technically how hard or easy it will be. but I'm sure the server will win, with a few picture tutorials so many new players.

Would be nice for new players. I guess you can get the info in the forums. (I dont think new players even use the forums tho)
I support this, nice idea! Tutorial with many information about the server, what can you practise and how, will be useful!
