Apart from these, you can check his logs too, he's using non-English frequently, and even admitted that he knows non-English is not allowed in main chat, of which I couldn't take picture.

Now today he was openly crying about report, and provoking me in main chat. You can see the picture below, and his intention. He is happy that he is not going to be banned. Calls me 'noob'.

He gives a excuse that he was drunk that time..Hespams the whole main chat with his texts.

Admins, he is admitting of breaking rules, and is happy that in the worst case he gets warn. But fellow convoy trucking mates assured him that he'll just get a verbal warning. Even after that, he is busy provoking me in main chat, and also behind my back.
Since he's not really worried about a warn, here's something that'll make him worry, player banned for 14 days.
