What actually was happening:
Sebas doesn't know how to make a forum account. So he told me in Messenger that someone was playing SAMP in their computer shop so that's why his IP got banned too. He was working with us in convoy then this hacker came and got banned immediately as well as Sebas. Please unban him for he was not hacking. Thank you.
