What actually was happening:
I used /kill and chose San Fierro police station to spawn there and some admin smokey banned me

I found out it was anti-cheat smokey, sorry for my mistake in unban appeal.
anti-cheat thought I used teleport hacks, but I only spawned in san fiero..
