Player reported: Rule broken: intentional ramming / blocking
Date and time: Proof:Vinny (intentional ramming / blocking) + farming +abusing police powers
1)Vinny, as Police class was driving Infernus and rammed me(was doing trucking missions) 3 times in 1 hour to force me to pay fines. (1st time he said he have lag. ok.)
After he rammed me the 3rd time, he was following me and my convoy mate till i stopped to fill my friends truck with fuelcan. He also stopped and stole my truck.

2)There was like 2 or 3 players with nickname johua8014, 8015...(he asked for money 2 times to bail out), with 0 score, he arrested them . Im not sure if he was farming police score but here are some screenshots:

Honestly don't know what you're trying about the farming part, i didn't even notice the guy had a different nick each time, he kept logging in and disconnecting when i was about to arrest him
Where did i ram you/abuse police powers? For your information using non-police vehicles is allowed as a cop
I couldn't find anything against Vinny farming up arrests, also I'm sorry but it's not really clear what happened back then from your screenshots, next time please take multiple screenshots or record so we can get a clear image of the incident.
