Proof:Not intentional ramming or blocking.
Reckless driver driving in the opposite direction of LS freeway close to the toll and breaking road rules. I had to brake for caution of frontal crash.
1) All players should obey standard set of road laws.
2) Driving on right hand side only, allow overtaking on the left.

I can't fine him anymore, but next time please /report it ingame to a moderator so they can give him a fine.
