It used to be a 20 slots house owned by Rahail before he got banned, after Rahail was gone it was removed as no one had enough money to buy it except for some.

Carl, it was originally in screenshots before it was so obviously moved, thus my reply..
It was 10 slots for 60m. It should be added again or just remove from beach.
it would make a pretty unique house. also if im correct it dosent require a solid which makes it even easier to add
Dumper mission could have been there, but still people would crash a lot there since, and therefore, its useless to add missions there. Only the house can be brought back to sale. -1
