He was begging for money even before I took these pictures. In the 1st picture, he begged me for money via PM.
In the 2nd picture, he insulted one of the players, and it can be seen that he admitted that he is a 'beggar'. You can check his logs.

i already delt with this ingame. just to be clear goku started insulting him 1st. and he didnt beg he asked once and stopped after i told him to.

Its true that Goku insulted him in main chat. It was in Hindi. Anyways if this dealt ingame then sorry.
