What actually was happening:
I'm trying login but i can't, i'm doing it in a new computer so i think that that's the problem... (I should be banned while I was offline)

it doesn't matter which name i use, it always shows the same:

yes, i tried... i can login with other computer in the same network and i have no problem, so it's a problem from this computer but i don't know what is wrong
