Title: SF Train Crash
Post by: Martin on November 25, 2016, 20:20
So, a simple roadblock. Just to begin with this, I blocked off the road from the South part with barriers, just so it won't be abused that much, like it wouldn't be in real life. A train crash between 2 trains, whose trains ripped a part. There are also some dead bodies around since some of them were carrying illegal stuff. I hope you like it.  :)

on the fourth image you have the rail car underground, flip it so its resting on the hill and not submerged. I'd also add some cargo spilled about out of the cars, add some realism there... and where is the other train engine? you said two trains crashed but on one train engine is there...
nice job otherwise    :like: :like: :like:

The dock barriers doesn't really fit the environment. Try using some other barriers

Try barriers or signs with "ROAD BLOCKED"

Also, some boxes around would be cool, to show what the trains were carrying. I like the idea maybe we will have such a roadwork in CT!

I want to say thanks to each one of you for the feedback, that's what I needed! Here's the map after your opinions.

That's something which should be done on hand in the script. Whenever I try to test it through the map editor (because I am too goddamn lazy to make the script, and adding vehicles on specific positions is something I am shit at) it conflicts the two trains, as you probably saw on the upper picture. I guess that could be easily sorted out.  :D

1-Attach the firetruck engine for handling toxic waste.
2-Ambulance in case any citizen has inhaled said toxic.
