first he blocked my way to take my fines(I wasnt wanted), then when he realised that I am not in comvoy he blocked my way as you can see for weighing.
yes but I did duty every cop has a duty to follow !!
This single picture doesn't proof that he blocked you.
However I have sent him a message that it's not allowed to block for fines or to weight people.
