Is it because of the gate? So its 24 × 2??

  Has smal parking range
  Very old and bad house

Any special feature make price x2 or x1.5, its doesnt matter house looks good or not. You can request admins to increase parking range if you cant park.

First of all, you see that "Modify" button on the top right corner of your post? You can use it beside double-posting, trying to gain post counts. Second of all, I don't think the price of any house would be randomly decided (nevertheless, they might be overpriced, but not placed by a mistake), thanks to the gate is that much, either buy it or don't, no-one forces anyone to buy/sell/use the house.

My thoughts exactly, don't buy it if its "too overpriced" for you. The house must have a private parking and a gate that's why it costs twice than the other 6 slots (Private parking allows you to park more vehicles than your house slots)

(Private parking allows you to park more vehicles than your house slots) - Good u mentioned that..

but as well for both of u,

"I AM TALKING IN GENERAL (NOT COMPLAINING NEITHER SUGGESTING TILL NOW)"

- I wrote this so u dont tell me dont buy if its overpriced for u... and still u like to complain and talk and comment on people.. as u like.

Anw thanks for making private parking clear for me
