Title: Highscore page on website and/or In-Game

Talked to Carl about this, he said it's easy to achieve so why not. Idea is pretty simple, have the possibility to see the top 10 players with the highest score at every mission category. The first 10 players with the most artic missions, limo and so on.

This can be either a small window showing up in game when using a dedicated command or a page on the website.

this was available way back when CT first started, I actually enjoyed the layout, would be great to bring it back
