Ban was unfair? Yes
I was banned by: Smokey (anti-cheat)
What actually was happening:well i ask Dr.$chiewago to bring me to San Fierro and i just teleported to red county for no reasons. and when i /kill to Garcia, San Fierro the sign "You Are Banned" pooped up.

I confirm that all above information is true and I am aware that posting false information in ban appeal will result in my ban being extended.
I can confirm he wasnt using cheats. It was an accident.
