Are you using windows 8?
Try deleting your Gta sa user files(make sure you create backup)
If nothing works you might need to reinstall windows because thats what I had to do.
Or alternatively you can use fraps or something similar.
After a windows update the F8 stops working for 8, 8.1. But what CJ said use fraps instead

I use it but when i make pictures the words/names and the chat are invisible in some pictures
This error occurs because you create your user with a Microsoft live account. This uses the email as a username for windows if no other name is set in your Microsoft account preferences. If you go here (https://account.microsoft.com/about) and sign in with your account, you can edit name on the next page.
If I'm completely wrong and this doesn't work, you can always use the windows 8/8.1/10 settings app to create what is called a "local account" this will no longer use Microsoft live to sign in to your PC.
On windows 10, this can be found by opening the settings app, going to accounts, and then under the "Your email and accounts tab, you will find "Sign in with a local account instead."
weird, mine stopped working after windows 10 upgrade. I do think
I made a Window s account at one point.. I'll see what happens when my computer is working again.

Go on Events -----> CVTM's topic '' You have an appointment.......'' and look at the pictures only one picture is with chat and names . i did them with fraps and idk why the other pictures are without ''words'' and other thinks like chat.
Double press f7 ingame and chat gets removed

I think you're wrong, Emily. I am using Microsoft Live account, and I am able to save screenshots, upgraded to Windows 10, still can save screenshots.
Press Printscreen (PrtScn) then, paste it to Paint and save it.

The chat got disabled when you were using fraps?
Change the hotkey from F9 to something else.

If you don't have a proper name setup in your microsoft account, then it assigns your email to be the username in windows. I was just guessing this was the problem. I'm probably wrong.
