So I am looking at getting a new PC for gaming at about $850.00 is CyberPowerPC's any good or should I go somewhere else? I am already 50 over my budget because of $109.00 shipping fee which = 960.00.
You could build your own for cheaper and more reliable than a prebuilt PC.

What kinds of games do you want to play? Do you have a monitor, mouse and keyboard? Do you need Windows included?

109 dollars shipping fee? Holy shit! Don't buy it, you can buy games instead for that price.
AMD or Intel?
it is a AMD

Not worth $850 + shipping. It either has a CPU with high power draw that a cheap motherboard can't supply or it has a cheap cpu. The PSU is also likely cheap and under powered. It also probably has a shitty GPU in it.
Prebuilt PCs are almost never worth their price.
Are you comfortable building the PC yourself and saving money for a better PC? It's very easy. I can give you a build if you tell me what games you plan to play and what you need. If you just need the PC itself that makes everything easier.

Agree'd. Most of them come locked (Bios locked, or CPU). With shitty PSU's that won't last longer than a year if you plan on doing any gaming. Even if they come with "name" brand PSU's, they'll be on the low end of the spectrum.
If you're going with AMD. Dont get anything lower than the FX 8350. FX 6300 is fine but most games reccomendations are 8350 due to the low core count/IPC on AMD side of things. Otherwise just go Intel, since the CPU's ouperform most, if not all AMD's side of things.
Edit:
I got bored and decided to see how close to $900 i could get.

SSD's are still pretty expensive, I think his goal was to save as much money as possible
My suggestion to you kind sir is to look up linustechtips on youtube.

And the reason I went for the APU is I wanted to be able to setup my OS and everything without having to wait for the video Card witch I am saving for. Trust me if I had the money and didn't have a budget right now I would of went all in on parts and High end build from scratch
