Not needed.
It requires a custom chat script which limits line length (from native 144 (idk why but 144 works) to (128 - name - prefix)) and also breaks line wrapping.
Staff members are players too and shouldn't draw attention to their staff role outside of doing their staff duties. This treats staff members as special.
It may be a matter of time before VIPs will want some special tag too.
Chat will become 'messy' which some of us (me) don't like.
