You need to be leader or founder of the club to buy a vehicle, Staff cant buy club vehicles. Just go to the dealer > Select vehicle > You will see the option to rent, buy and buy for club. Select the 3rd one. Club vehicles are bought and sold from club funds.

Ask club Founder/Leader to make you Leader for a minute so you can buy for a club.

Also club vehicles are paid from Club funds so be carefull how much u are spending
