http://www.convoytrucking.net/map then click the base option in the upper right corner.. you have to go online and see which bases are exactly for sale at the moment... they will have a a pink icon of a c or something.... I know I think its a pink icon that shows a base is for sale..

No if it has the BS icon then its for sale. Pink C icon shows the base of a club that you have joined
