What actually was happening:
I am Knight. and I am posting on behalf of my friend Helios who has little to no idea about the world of SAMP or even San Andreas for that matter.
 
I delivered fuel at whetstone gas station and was en-route to Milestone county via San Fierro. I was using a road train and my petrol trailer. I was bored so I decided to have some fun so climbed up chilliad with my RT and jumped from it and I gained a lot of speed I turned my CC on and my truck was flying and suddenly I was banned for speed hacks. It said take a screenshot by pressing F8. I tried that too but it said unable to save screenshot. I always had this problem where I was not able to take screenshots. I don't know how to use speed hacks or anything. I don't use any mods at all. I am new on SAMP and I have no idea about using hacks.

Knight: I can assure you that this guy is a newbie, he knows nothing other than connecting to this server and driving a truck. He has no idea about installing mods because he is not a San Andreas player. I taught him how to play here a few months ago so that I get a convoy mate, and trust me, I have never let him know anything about hacks let alone allowing him to use them. He has no idea about mods, he is just a guy driving around with trucks. He saw me using CC to jump from the tunnel to LS to SFA and tried that on Chilliad, to which, I agree, was pretty dumb.
He even failed to take a screenshot(could have used prt scr FFS).
I will let you guy decide now.

I get the feeling he was falling here. Teleporting super high in an admin car has the same effect. Fast as hell downwards (speed increases), bit quicker when you hit the ground. That and he was desynced.

Yeah Dobby I was falling straight down.
Can anyone please tell me status of the appeal, I have been waiting for 3 days now.
