Convoy Trucking

Hi, Suporter got an excellent idea today, to be able to sell your house to another player like cars (for the re-sell price). For example, with this method you would be able to sell your 2 slot to your friend and he needs to pay you 1,5 mil. if you bought it for 3 mil. Or ability to put your house on trade just like cars would be also great. Nice idea, no? Post your opinions and vote!  ;)

This would make it really easy for people to just sell their high slot house to a friend and just keep transferring it within a group of friends, without giving other people the ability to buy it, so it is a good idea but just not worth it.
Also, if scripted with flaws this would make it easy to bug abuse and try to obtain multiple houses via this method, but hey, we at Convoy Trucking don't script with flaws like that.

Everyone needs to be able to buy a (nice) house. Not just your friends.

yea but you don't write good not sell house for 1.5mil sell house for real price again :) I mean will be better and mick delete that 700 houses 1slot.. add house better slots and better price server will be better then :) have good lucky all have a nice day :D <3

Fish is absolutely right, not only my friends can buy these homes, there are many who are Wee and spend much time on the server to save and buy a home of large slot, although on the other hand the majority of people who have House level 7 - 8-10-15 are those that few are connected to the server, only enter 2 times a month.

According to Mick himself, "house trading is never coming back." That might not be what he Exactly said but close to it
