What actually was happening:Had high packetloss and was constantly timing out.
Here's what exactly happened: I was trying to mod my Jester at Arc's and Angels while I timed out, then I logged in after a while (didn't do /q, just minimized my game until internet was working again) and still had the Dialog box for Exhaust and just then I entered my Jester. Banned !
You can see I still had the dialog for Paintjob which poped up after I was banned, thus removing the dialog box of exhaust.

Already had ~14 Packetloss which increased dramatically

You can see I still have a dialog for Paintjob which appeared right after I was banned and removed the dialog for Exhaust.
I believe server logs need to be checked to see my transitions, to prove that I timed out right after applying a paintjob and then trying to have exhausts on my Jester, since chatlog doesn't have it.
